You will need to know when to challenge and when to listen and be able to come up with and spot good ideas. You’ll be able to build relationships with clients at a senior level, helping them to champion Agile delivery and adopt the core principles of our product mindset. You’ll be comfortable acting as the glue that holds a team together, ensuring the team has a shared vision for our work while clarifying each individual’s roles and responsibilities.
