You’ll be a great all-rounder - thought leader, proposition developer, strategist, business developer, client director and inspirational leader. You’ll have exceptional client management and relationship skills. But identifying and successfully progressing new business opportunities (through organic growth, reputation building and on-upsell) will be a vital part of this role. You’ll have at least five years experience of working in digital, design, technology or data related disciplines in the Central Government sector. You’ll be able to win clients over with your demonstrable experience of leading exemplary delivery in two or more of those disciplines in large, complex organisations with notable stakeholder, capability and governance challenges.
You know and deeply understand the policy areas, spaces and markets for which you focus (whether that’s an emergent space or an existing market). You’ll have examples of engaging directly with users at both strategic/policy and delivery level and having worked to and met the UK government’s service standard and technology code of practice. You bring a commensurate range of pre-existing senior relationships in those spaces (CEOs, Directors, and other senior leaders), particular in our current and target accounts.
You’ll be skilled at articulating client and sector challenges and helping to share and frame their context such that colleagues and project teams can navigate those spaces deftly to deliver and land project outcomes. You’ll do that through project leadership, account direction, coaching/mentoring, and challenges/crits.
Whilst you’ll bring deep expertise in particular areas, you’ll also be comfortable positioning our full-service offering that spans technology, product, digital transformation, design, delivery, digital experience and automation for . You’ll build a solid personal network with colleagues across TPX to ensure you understand that offer; work with capability leads and other divisions to inform and influence capability area/divisional strategies to align to market/client needs.
