We want this role to grow our business. You will have a specific target for new business development, responsible for finding and converting opportunities into active projects, and accountable for the ongoing growth of the Health portfolio in line with our Growth Strategy and Digital Transformation business plan. To achieve this, you’ll lead a team of Partners, project consultants, and growth enablement colleagues, creating the conditions for their success in meeting targets and deliverables that align with your Health goals through clear direction, energising leadership, and focused attention.

You’ll constantly refine your Health sector propositions to ensure we’re winning new business with compelling offers which are commercially and operationally sustainable and in line with our missions, purpose and the capability strategies.

You’ll report directly to the Chief Client Officer, and part of the Client Services Growth leadership team. As such, you’ll contribute toward:

  • Achieving our Digital Transformation revenue targets and growth expectations as outlined in our business plan.
  • Leading the Client Services Growth team to foster collaboration and create conditions for impactful client projects, relationships, and accounts.
  • Ensuring the success and motivation of our high-performing Partners working seamlessly with project consultants and capability leaders across the organisation.
  • Enhancing the effectiveness of our marketing, communications, and events to build and strengthen our presence and profile in existing and target markets.
  • Maintaining the health of our pipeline over the next 6, 12, and 24 months, ensuring it aligns with Digital Transformation’s workforce development plans, propositions, overall business plan, and immediate capacity needs.

Winning New Work

You will define and communicate a compelling vision for our Health strategy, inspiring clients, colleagues, and teams to join us in achieving impactful results and fulfilling our missions. You’ll also create an environment where our account teams, project leads, and delivery teams can develop ambitious strategies for success, progress in their careers, and work creatively to meet client needs.

You will be specifically accountable for ensuring the quality and profitability of our bids and tenders, as well as the viability of our approach, teaming model, and commercial model. Your goal is to improve our win ratios and meet our quarterly forecast win expectations. You will routinely 'own' the entire bid strategy from development through to successful submission and award.

You will be accountable for achieving new business targets in the Health sector. However, we understand that market opportunities fluctuate. Therefore, your inclusive leadership and proactive contribution to the overall divisional target are paramount. Embracing a servant leadership model, you will support, lead, and collaborate with colleagues across Client Services, Digital Transformation, and other divisions to achieve our collective targets. These targets are essential for continued investment in our teams and capabilities, ensuring our overall business sustainability.

Leadership and Impact

You will be a recognized leader and subject matter expert with extensive experience in the health and social care sector. With trusted relationships among commissioners, decision-makers, and executives, you'll serve as a well-connected ambassador for TPX in Health. You will set the vision and strategy, providing shape, direction, and leadership. By clearly defining our offer and value proposition, you will ensure colleagues, partners, and clients understand how to engage and collaborate for success.

You will ensure ongoing growth by building strong relationships, staying attuned to the evolving needs of our clients and delivery context, collaborating with colleagues to refine our offerings, and working closely with project and delivery teams to achieve impactful outcomes that strengthen and expand those relationships.

You will actively sponsor and advocate for advancing opportunities and broader investments—whether within your team or through workforce development, partnerships, or acquisitions—that enhance our reputation and strengthen our capabilities. These efforts should align with our company mission and operational/commercial parameters. This may include co-creating business investment proposals with Capability Leadership, such as the CTIO and CDO.

Relevant Experience

You’ll have a proven track record of leading teams, businesses, departments, portfolios, and accounts in senior or executive roles within the health sector, managing significant scale, accountability, and complexity. You’ll use and enhance what makes TPXimpact a unique partner for the Health sector by refining our organisational ways of working to drive sector transformation.
