About The Role

 We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to operate within TPXimpact’s commercial and procurement function as our business continues to scale and mature. This role requires strong stakeholder and contract management skills.

TPXimpact has acquired a series of digital transformation businesses since 2018. The process to consolidate those businesses into a single brand started in 2021. 


The acquisitive strategy has created a scaled, multi-disciplined professional services business with a complex and varied contracting landscape. We are now bringing this together under a set of consistent standards to manage our business relationships with suppliers and clients more effectively.  


TPXimpact has circa 250 live client relationships which are split circa 95:5 between public sector and private sector. Reporting to the Head of Commercial & Procurement, this role will focus on:

  • Supporting TPXimpact teams through the client contracting process so that the services and projects we have sold are accurately documented, executed and stored.
  • Proactively managing TPXimpact’s current client contractual relationships with confidence.
  • Managing cases via a workflow management system, maintaining and updating NDA, client and supplier registers, as well as deliverables and obligations trackers, concession, wins and contractual risk logs. 
  • Contributing to an education culture so that our wider teams can start to contract more confidently with increasing autonomy.
  • Ensuring that our engagements with suppliers are commercially robust and contributing to a sustainable supply chain.

You will be supporting two divisions -Digital Transformation and manifesto across a wide range of sectors. The client projects are incredibly varied with a unifying theme to create impactful change. 


You will be working in TPXimpact’s Business Enablement function which supports TPXimpact to safely scale our operations by removing friction and enabling our teams to deliver quality services for our clients. Responsibilities

  • Create a positive contracting experience for TPXimpact clients by providing an efficient, practical and competent service 
  • Manage the contracting process from the point of bid win or direct award through to signature and filing
  • Support the wider business with ancillary contractual tasks - non-disclosure agreements, change control notices, variations, extensions, tender submissions, breaches as well as responding to ad-hoc requests and urgent queries
  • Liaise with the Senior Contracts Manager and the Head of Commercial and Procurement to ensure contracts adhere to relevant data and employment legislation and also our accredited compliance standards 
  • Review, negotiate and execute contractual terms for existing and prospective client relationships
  • Review, negotiate and execute contractual terms for existing and prospective supplier relationships including managing the supplier procurement process, assurance checks and onboarding workflow. 
  •  Drafting, negotiating, and executing associate contracts to support our growing network of external specialists and ensure consistent commercial standards.
  •  Maintaining and updating NDA/client/supplier registers, obligation trackers and contractual risk logs.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships 
  • Deputise in Senior Contracts Manager’s absence

About You

Essential Experience

  • Strong client relationship management experience
  • Established track record of contract review, negotiation and management with knowledge of  legal and commercial risk management.  
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) with the ability to listen and influence.
  • Effective interpersonal skills to develop/maintain productive internal and external relationships.
  • Self-starter with the ability to quickly respond to problems independently,  or as part of a team and proactively address conflicting stakeholder requirements to achieve pragmatic compromise.
  • Time management skills and capabilities.
