About The Role

Reporting to the Senior People Business Partner, the People Executive is a brilliant addition to TPXimpact’s multidisciplinary People Team. Acting as the first point of contact for the business, this role ensures the smooth execution of day-to-day people processes while providing an opportunity to gain great exposure to varied projects in a fast-paced environment.

As a proactive problem solver with a pragmatic approach, this individual is passionate about process improvement and delivering outstanding service to our employees. By building strong relationships and acting as a dependable resource, they play a key role in ensuring the integrity of our people's data and enhancing the overall employee experience.

From managing the employee life cycle and payroll collation to advising on absence and benefits, the People Executive is involved in every fundamental process. Working closely with People Business Partners, they also assist with employee relations and exciting ad hoc projects, including salary reviews, as we continue to grow.

This is an exciting role for someone who has some HR/People experience and wants to get great exposure in a fast-paced People Team developing their generalist knowledge and skills.

This would suit someone with broad/well rounded HR Coordinator/HR admin experience looking to build on their existing knowledge and experience, potentially looking to develop into a generalist role in the future.

 

Responsibilities


  • First point of contact for the People Team via the central inbox, triaging, advising on and resolving a variety of stakeholder queries around first line response HR policy & process and our benefits, ensuring delivery within our 24 hour SLA
  • Collaborate with the Talent Team and Central Ops team to successfully onboard new joiners from contract issue stage & securing vetting, through to day one arrival emails
  • Manage the administration on all employee life cycle processes such as probations, leavers, contract and personal details changes, ensuring processing of accurate pay data , recording of data on our HRIS and issuing any related correspondence
  • Manage administration and provide first line guidance to key leave processes such as sick absence and maternity, ensuring line managers and employees are notified and sickness/maternity is calculated and processed correctly in line with company sick pay and SSP/SMP
  • Collation  of all pay-related employee changes into a monthly report, and liaising with payroll to ensure accurate and timely data recording
  • Supporting day to day with our HRIS (Hibob) inclusive of; system errors, imports, queries and managing Hibob related projects and looking for ways to improve processes and develop Hibob where possible
  • Ensuring the efficiency and integrity of the data in our HRIS system (HiBob), including maintaining accurate processing to regular data cleanse activities, and supporting with company audits
  • Schedule reporting and management of ad hoc reporting requests across the business within our HRIS (Hibob), ensuring these are kept up to date. 
  • Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner on VISA processes and managing the administration such as  ensuring employees have valid in date eligibility including; allocating COS, managing applications and payments, supporting employees with Visa queries and providing regular updates
  • Managing the administration of the Share Award, Electric Vehicle scheme and our Employer of Record
  • Working with the Business Partner supporting on ad hoc projects such as; salary reviews, process improvements, TUPE and redundancy projects etc.

About You

Essential experience

  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an HR/People team
  • Ability to use initiative and be a proactive problem solver
  • Sound knowledge of employee lifecycle process and policy
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment, thinking on feet with a pragmatic approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills

Desirable experience

  • CIPD Level 3 (or working towards this level)
