The Bid Writer is responsible for leading the development and submission of high quality,
persuasive and strategically aligned bids, proposals and tenders that secure new business
opportunities for the Digital Transformation team. The Bid Writer will be required to develop and
produce high-quality, persuasive bid documents, including PQQs, ITTs, and RFPs, tailored to the
specific requirements of each opportunity.
Responsibilities
Bid Writing & Content Creation
● Write high-quality, tailored responses for tenders, proposals and framework submissions.
● Translate technical or complex information from SMEs into a clear, evaluable narrative.
● Review, edit and improve contributions from multiple stakeholders.
● Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, structure and formatting.
Coordination & Collaboration
● Support the Bid Managers and Bid Principals in developing kick off decks, pitch decks,
storyboards, writing plans and submission structures.
● Build strong relationships with SMEs, Partners and Delivery teams across TPXimpact
● Coordinate inputs, track progress and maintain writing schedules to meet deadlines.
● Participate in reviews and incorporate feedback effectively.
Content Reuse & Knowledge Management
● Work with the Bid & Knowledge Manager to maintain and improve the content library.
● Update and curate case studies, CVs, boilerplate content and reusable narratives.
● Identify opportunities for improving content quality and creating new reusable assets.
Quality & Compliance
● Ensure responses are compliant with requirements and meet all mandatory criteria.
● Proofread content for accuracy, grammar, readability and alignment to client objectives.
● Follow internal governance, approval and version control processes.
