About The Role

 

We are on a mission to showcase what TPXimpact is all about, getting our name into the consciousness of future and existing clients through bold, playful and disruptive campaigns and an engaging and informative website. We want to be impossible to ignore, we want to be remembered. This is where you come in…we need a master planner, a Monica of marketing, spinning plates, organising, creating momentum in the market, channelling your inner Steven Bartlett!

 
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead, define and create the digital campaign strategy and execution for our brand and propositions
  • Lead, define and create the website strategy and execution
  • Lead and develop team to unleash their talent in digital campaigns and channels, copywriting, website editing and development
  • Lead and deliver TPXimpact website design and development programme
  • Generate awareness, consideration and leads for our brand
  • Get a plan do a plan
  • Test, learn and measure
  • Lead, steer and collaborate with our partners / agencies

About You

Essential experience

  • Master planner
  • Creativity
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Resilience and tenacity
  • You sweat about the small stuff (details matter)
  • Ability to meet deadlines, flexible on the fly and able to respond timely
  • Excellent written and communication skills with the ability to present at board level and inspire a team.
  • Track record of managing external agencies.
  • Commercial acumen and budget management experience
