About The Role

 

We need a creative and organised Web Editor to ensure our website continues to have fresh relevant copy and visuals that draw audiences in. You need to be a multitasker, have a gift for creating engaging copy and be able to plan and organise yourself. Details matter so you need to be accurate and concise. You’ll play a key part in supporting the Head of Digital Marketing in design and development of the website through our continuous improvement programme.


About You

Responsibilities

  • Oversee layouts and uploads of copy, images, graphics, video and artwork.
  • Plan, research, write copy and edit content of website.
  • Check content for accuracy, proof read and edit material.
  • Support the website continuous improvement programme through website design, development programme managing backlog, tickets and releases.
  • Create schedules and agree deadlines for updates.
  • Maintain the website and ensure all its info is accurate and up to date.
  • Optimise content for SEO ensuring keywords are prevalent.

 

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience as a web editor
  • Hands on experience in figma, canva and CMS (we use Umbraco).
  • Creative mind
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Great design eye
  • Brilliant organisation and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
