Alongside our TPXimpact Delivery Manager Community, we are looking to develop our Central Government Delivery Manager and Scrum Master practice to work hand in hand with one of our key clients delivering valuable services to users.

These specialist Delivery Managers and Scrum Masters are working on various SOWs across our central government client’s Data Platform Services function. They are working with multi disciplinary and often multi supplier teams to support our client in becoming a data driven and insight led organisation. These teams are working to simplify a complex legacy data analytics estate by providing the capability to migrate and evolve products and services into the Cloud. They are working to design and build services providing Cloud based environments on which to manage, provision, prepare and transform data services and exploit that data across the organisation, other government departments and external partners.

About You

Responsibilities 

A delivery manager is accountable for the performance of the team as part of our wider work within our central government client.


In this role, you will:


  • Consistently deliver in line with TPXimpact’s delivery principles and practices 

  • Build and maintain multidisciplinary delivery teams, ensuring they are motivated, collaborating and working well

  • Identify obstacles and help the delivery team to overcome them

  • Focus the project team on what is most important to the delivery of our products and services

  • Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of TPXimpact’s projects

  • Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques

  • Provide regular project and resource updates to help inform the resourcing team.

  • Work closely with the Growth and Commercial teams keeping them appraised of project performance highlighting any potential issues.

  • Assist and support Senior Delivery Managers and the Delivery Director as required
