About The Role

Growth is a large element of this role but we aren’t selling widgets or easily repeatable products. We sell ideas, concepts, approaches and trust. Trust in our expertise, trust in our quality and trust that we won’t let our clients or their users down. So the role holder will need to be a business developer and client relationship manager.

You will work closely, with TPXimpact’s specialists across our end-to-end DDaT capabilities and in tight collaboration with our Marketing team, driving a lean and effective end-to-end sales process across the funnel.

Your job is to get to know the sector/s, to understand the challenges faced by your target

clients and translate how our approach and expertise can solve those challenges and pursue opportunities with new client prospects. You’ll work with the Account Leads, Partners and Managing Partner in positioning our full-service offering that spans digital strategy, digital experience, design, delivery, technology, automation.

 

Responsibilities


  • Supporting Account Lead with management of accounts
  • Growth activities relating to your areas of responsibility e.g. networking, events, bidding, pitches
  • Building relationships and TPXimpact profile in client organisations and the wider sector/s
  • Understanding client challenges they and we might face, and helping the team to develop ways we can support them.
  • Preparation and presentation of account strategies
  • Competitor research to inform growth planning
  • Building trust in TPXimpact and approach
  • Attending supplier events to inform our bid strategies
  • Identifying and pursuing areas for business development and growth
  • Develop and manage an accurate pipeline of future requirements for your client accounts
  • Working with Marketing colleagues in the creation of sales collateral and marketing campaigns
  • Owning relationships with partners, such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Maintaining up-to-date CRM records for leads, prospects and active deals

Experience (Essential):


  • Experience of contributing to bids and/or formal competitive procurements
  • Management of account relationships within an agency or consultancy, with successful delivery of outcomes
  • Reporting and sharing intel on opportunities, drawing on the support of both the sales team and the delivery team to progress through to deal completion
  • Customer focused with excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to travel within the UK if required.

Experience (Desired):


  • Working understanding of public sector bid frameworks
  • Experience working in the sector/s
