About The Role

About the role

Our community and political engagement teambrings together organisations, elected representatives and communities. They creatively define, develop and deliver a shared vision for change, putting people at the heart of the problem solving processes, and identify and amplify routes to greater change.

Working with project, approach and corporate teams across TPXimpact, this role will: collate and codify our tangible impact against systemic public policy problems; collate and codify the barriers seen to achieving wider and lasting change; and identify, develop and share potential policy solutions with relevant audiences. Where appropriate, this role will also join project teams, working directly with our clients and partners.

As part of a growing team, you’ll report to our Community and Political Engagement Director and work closely with colleagues across the organisation to shape, deliver and share impactful approaches to this work. You’ll also produce tailored policy notes, short papers and publicly accessible content, such as blogs and presentations, to bring others - policymakers and the public - with us. Supporting project teams, you’ll guide them in identifying policy problems and in testing solutions with our clients and partners.

With experience in and a real passion for public policy and creating lasting change, you’ll share your skills and knowledge both formally and informally through insight sharing and training with colleagues and clients where relevant, helping us and them deliver for and with communities for the long-term.

You’ll believe in and be a champion of the importance and value of diversity and inclusion within policy change, including in incorporating seldom heard voices in your work. You’ll also recognise the need to work with elected representatives at different levels across the political divide, and have both an understanding of the different approaches required and the ability to do so.

At the same time, you’ll be creative, a self-starter and enjoy learning and working in multidisciplinary teams to deliver impactful work in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside some of the most prominent minds in the industry, for a company that’s leading 21st century approaches and transformation that matters to help radically improve outcomes for and with communities.
