About The Role

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Working with internal and external stakeholders where necessary to identify talent gaps

  • Selecting and screening candidates across various opportunities and disciplines

  • Taking candidate profiles/client briefs and independently working from these to source and identify suitable candidates

  • Partnering with line managers and interviewers to schedule candidate interviews and identifying ways to make this scheduling easier

  • Partnering with line managers to create suitable screening questions/interview materials

  • Work independently to input into the recruitment process, identifying opportunities for process improvement

  • Managing hiring manager expectations across a variety of factors (market, day rate/salary, behaviours)

  • Providing a memorable, thoughtful and stress-free experience for candidates during their interview process

  • Updating the ATS system to make sure all candidate profiles are up to date and they’re communicated with at every stage of the recruitment process

  • Proactively managing a talent pool of candidates across a number of disciplines to ensure we can act quickly to reactive requirements

  • Gathering recruitment related documentation and working alongside the People team to collate the relevant information for onboarding

About You

Experience 

  • previous experience working within an in-house or agency recruitment team, preferably design, delivery and operations roles 

  • experience in working with a client brief and matching or sourcing suitable candidates

  • enjoys a people-facing role and is curious about all things hiring and recruitment

  • keen to input into and improve processes

  • collaborative, good at communicating and used to working in a team environment

  • experience working independently on project workstreams and ramp ups

  • familiarity with ATS/CRM systems

  • previous experience working at pace and familiar with contract recruitment

  • ability to manage multiple tasks and workstreams

  • ability to adapt to changing work priorities at short notice

  • Has worked with a variety of different disciplines and markets
