About The Role

You will be part of the Delivery Team at TPXimpact, supporting project delivery managers who will task you on your projects. You will also have a line manager who will assist you with your development plan as well as coaching and mentoring.

The Business Analyst role is a crucial part of our delivery capability in supporting our Product and Delivery Managers. They bring together design, technical and data analysis skills to understand our client’s context, pain points and needs, which enable us to make genuine beneficial change happen.


This role description is not inflexible but is an outline and account of the main duties and capabilities. The role holder should, however, carry out any other reasonable duties commensurate with the role, as the needs of the company require.

 

Responsibilities 


In this role, you will:

  • Accurately capture business and service needs ensuring processes are mapped out clearly for the delivery team
  • Using business analysis principles and tools to define requirements and processes that align with project goals
  • Leading small-to-medium-sized projects and supporting larger and more complex projects
  • Manage stakeholder relationships
  • Carrying out research and identifying risks
  • Documenting detailed requirements, functional and non-functional, that can be fed back to the relevant collaborators
  • Work independently where required
  • Being an active part of the delivery team to assist the team's successful project delivery
  • Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement of TPXimpact projects
  • Coach and mentor both team members and others to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques
  • Assist and support Delivery Managers, the Head of Delivery Management - Technology and the Delivery Director as required

Business process testing. You know how to report on system quality based on test results and pre-defined metrics. (Relevant skill level: working)

 

Digital perspective. You have the ability to apply a digital understanding to your work. You can identify and implement solutions for users. (Relevant skill level: practitioner)

 

Enterprise and business architecture. You understand and can apply the current target operating model to work. (Relevant skill level: working)
