We're looking for an Account Manager to join our Digital Experience team. This role will sit in our Membership and Visitor Attraction sector team, which works with leading membership organisations, culture and visitor attractions in the UK such as Royal Museums Greenwich or National Army Museum.
Ideally you’ll have two or more years commercial experience developing digital transformation and web platform opportunities with clients.
Supported by a Senior Account Manager, this role is key to helping to understand our clients, their needs and challenges, so that we may bring together the right people and expertise to tackle and deliver against their organisational strategy and objectives.
Your responsibilities:
Effective day-to-day management of high quality relationships with clients:
- To support the team in managing client expectations and take proactive measures to ensure that the relationship between the agency and the client is effective and valuable for both sides.
- To help ensure that we are exceeding client expectations as an agency partner and responding to client needs at all times.
- To act as a first escalation point for clients where issues/concerns about project or support delivery are not being adequately resolved within the project team.
To ensure long-term mutually valuable relationships with existing clients:
- To ensure all allocated clients have a good understanding of the TPXimpact proposition and its relevance to their organisation.
- To develop a deep understanding of specific client challenges and their business objectives, and join regular client touch-points such as client monthly calls and roadmap workshops with the rest of the Experience Division team.
- To build commercially valuable relationships with key people within the client organisations with a focus on growing our network beyond our immediate client contacts.
To grow the business we do with existing clients through creation, identification and conversion of new commercial opportunities:
- To help convert opportunities into confirmed Statements of Work, collaborating with appropriate team members.
- To work with the Senior Account Manager on annual and monthly forecasting and invoicing.
- To be involved in new business proposals and pitches, working closely with our growth team.
- To keep our CRM updated.
