About The Role

About The Role

At TPXimpact, we put an emphasis on investing in our graduates, training them from the ground up and giving them adequate experience in all aspects of analytics and software engineering. We recruit for attitude and train for skill.

Initial training will be based at our Data & Insights hub in Chesterfield, then following the initial 6-month probation period, successful candidates will be able to work from any of our UK hubs.

Starting with four weeks of 'Bootcamp', our new graduates will be trained in a combination of software engineering, DevOps and data analytics tools.

Upon completing the Bootcamp, graduates will then be supported by experienced team members and be introduced to real-life client projects.
