About The Role

We are on a mission to showcase what TPXimpact is all about, getting our name into the consciousness of future and existing clients through bold, playful and disruptive campaigns. We want to be impossible to ignore, we want to be remembered. This is where you come in… we need an experienced marketing manager to help spin our multiple campaign plates, creating momentum in our markets, to raise our brand awareness and deliver leads. Your broad marketing knowledge will power multi channelled campaigns alongside the expertise of our wider campaigns and marketing team.

Responsibilities

Design and execute bold, creative, multichannel marketing campaigns
Manage a portfolio of marketing campaigns
Collaborate with our colleagues across teams to bring to life our offers
Generate quality leads given the space to test, learn and refine
Collaborate with our partners / agencies
Interpret customer insights and trends and report in a meaningful way to stakeholders
Understand our audiences to spot and act on opportunities for personalisation across campaigns and customer life cycles
Successfully manage campaign budgets
To be creative - we want to break the B2B marketing mould!

About You

Experience & skills

Five years experience in a professional marketing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
Proven experience managing a marketing portfolio
Strong project management, multitasking and decision-making skills
Metrics-driven marketing mind
Basic level of content design experience e.g. Canva
Proficiency with digital marketing
Confidence drafting and writing marketing content such as blog posts and case studies
Recent experience with marketing automation and marketing tools such as Hubspot
Confidence working with a CMS e.g. Umbraco
Excellent stakeholder management
A keen learner, someone who’s not afraid to fail fast
A great communicator who is keen to share knowledge
