About The Role

Our People Team is expanding due to the recent merger of 9 businesses. We are looking for a brilliant People Administrator, to support us through the coming period of growth and scale-up.

Reporting into the Senior People Advisor, you will also be working closely with our People Advisors and People Coordinator. You will be getting involved in everything People related!

This is an exciting role for someone who has some HR/People experience and wants to get great exposure in a fast-paced People Team developing their generalist knowledge and skills.

This would suit someone with broad/well rounded HR admin experience looking to build on their existing knowledge and experience, potentially looking to develop into a generalist role in the future.

Responsibilities
 
  • Being the champion of our onboarding and looking after the end-to-end process including contracts, onboarding communications and scheduling.
  • Supporting the People Coordinator with ensuring our HR system (HiBob) is maintained to a high level of accuracy to ensure all new starters/changes/leavers have been processed in a timely manner
  • Support the People Coordinator with managing security vetting and right to work checks for new joiners and current employees
  • Work with the People Coordinator to ensure all relevant documentation is produced in relation to the probation process 
  • Supporting the People Coordinator with the employee change process - ensuring all systems are updated in an accurate and timely manner
  • Assisting with the triage of People inbox
  • Ensuring that all our People documentation (held within our internal People Knowledge Library) is up-to-date
  • Supporting with day-to-day operations and providing generalist admin support

About You

Experience (essential)
 
  • Experience providing HR/People administration support
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive in everything that you do
  • Good knowledge of employee lifecycle practices and processes
  • Ability to work in a face paced environment, thinking on feet with a pragmatic approach
  • Excellent attention to detail

 

Experience (nice to have)
 
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Working towards a CIPD qualification
