About TPXimpact - Consultancy

TPXimpact transforms the organisations, services and systems that underpin society. We're here to deliver ambitious and sustainable digital outcomes that improve how individuals and society experience the world.

TPXimpact started with the idea that business could be done differently. That, organisations should make a positive difference to people's lives and be a force for good in the world.

We drive fundamental change in approaches to product and service development, delivery and technology. Our agile, multidisciplinary teams use technology, design and data to deliver better results, improving outcomes for individuals, organisations and communities.

By working in the open in partnership with our clients, we not only transform their systems and services but also build the capability of their teams, so work can continue without us in the longer term. Our focus is sustainable change, always delivered with positive impact.

We’re an inclusive employer, and we care about diversity in our teams. Let us know in your application if you have accessibility requirements during the interview.

To apply

Apply today with your CV and cover letter. Successful applicants will be invited to an initial interview with up to 3 members of the team. If your application is progressed you will then be invited to complete a technical interview.

If you require any adjustments at interview, such as extra time or breaks etc, please let a member of the team know once they’ve been in touch.

Initial interview

A discussion around relevant topics and any past experience you may have that applies to the role. This interview will take approximately one hour.

Technical interview

We ask you to share your screen and walk us through some code. It’s also an opportunity for us to talk in some more detail about any previous technical experience you have.

The code can usually either be something you’ve written previously that you’re allowed to share with us, or if you don’t have this we can provide you with a short technical challenge. Sometimes we may request that you complete one of our short technical challenges rather than bringing your own code to allow us to ensure the technical interview is standardised for all participants.

We’re interested to know:

  • How did you approach solving the problem?

  • Is there anything you would do differently knowing what you know now?

  • Is there anything you plan to add to the code to improve or extend it?

  • What did you learn from writing this code?

This interview will take approximately 30 minutes to one hour.
